As you know, our products are Candela windows and focus lens, Cynosure windows and focus lens, IPL light guide, IPL sapphire crystals, laser collimating lens, laser protective window, laser lens, laser focus lens, laser ceramic ring, laser nozzle, etc. You can get free samples through your international express account for freight collect, or pay us the delivery cost by PayPal at your convenience. For some expensive samples, samples cost will be necessary. |

1. All packages to Brazil need CPF number by DHL/UPS/Fedex/EMS. All packages to Argentina need CUIT number by DHL/UPS/Fedex/EMS. All packages by Chile need RUT number by DHL/UPS/Fedex/EMS. All packages to Russia need the Full Name(First name + Middle name + Last name). 2. Before you place an order, please contact us first to confirm whether the products are in stock or not. 3. We also need to confirm the express fee first, we will modify the express fee according to the quantity and express company. 4. Please make sure your accurate, post code, phone number and full name that can contact you. 5. We can give your more discount if you want to make a large order. |

We will make the refund or replacement within 3-7 working days after we get the returned package. |
