Raw materials and melting: High purity quartz (SiO ₂>99.99%) is melted in an electric furnace above 1760 ℃ and rapidly cooled to form an amorphous structure.
Processing difficulty: It is necessary to solve the problem of removing bubbles during high-temperature melting and control the impurity content (<0.01%) to ensure purity.
